Return & Refund Policy

Once the jewellery passes quality checks, it is packed in Gold n Fibre Jewellery Box and covered with a layer of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. Similarly, our meticulously handcrafted juttis and elegantly designed clutches undergo rigorous inspection to meet our high standards. Each item is carefully wrapped and securely packed to preserve its craftsmanship and ensure it arrives at your doorstep in flawless condition, ready to elevate your style.”

No exchange/refund for any change of mind would be offered for any purchase, done online(including but not limited to website,facebook & instagram shop), once item has been received by customer in good condition.

In the unlikely scenario your jewellery is damaged, customers are required to make an unboxing video when their parcel is received, including the opening of outer shipping satchel or padded mailer bag and should email us a support@goldnfibre.com.au to notify us of any such damage within 10 hours, once the parcel is delivered by shipping company at customer’s address.

For any issue like opening of links or bandhai stones coming out, arising out of transit movement will be fixed & no exchange/refund request would be accepted

Any issue related to your online order/purchase , must be reported within 10 hours of receiving the shipping/parcel. Any claim for faulty or damaged product without the unboxing video attached, will not be considered, hence rejected.

Jewellery with Natural/semi precious stones may have natural abrasions, clouds or inclusions. This is not a defect or considered as crack as it’s a natural characteristic of stone.

 

Gold n Fibre is in no way responsible for damage to items, once the items are received by customer in good condition. There would be no return or refund policy in such situation.

There is no warranty/gurantee for any wear & tear of jewellery due to usage, after purchase.

Jewellery Care after Purchase

Any imitation jewellery need to be protected from water, perfumes etc. In some cases, body sweat may also cause change in color of jewellery or tarnish, if worn on regular basis.

Gold n Fibre is not responsible for return or exhange in any such instance, once the items were delivered or received in perfect condition/color.

Cancellations or exchange 

We do not do change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchange for any product once the order has been shipped or received by the customer.

You can not cancel your order once the order has been processed, shipping label generated or ready for shipping/delivery.

For colour variations & size variations in the products from the photographs or video shared on the website or other social media platform, would not be eligible for a refund.

Sizes mentioned are only approximate and not precise.

Mostly all the items are hand crafted due to which some minor issues would not be considered as damage & are due to hand craftsmanship.
